2026 Neuroscience Week Summer session. June 15-22

The 5-day program offers students a unique opportunity to experience different aspects of brain research in an authentic laboratory, learning about the tools and discoveries that shape our understanding of the brain. Students will work with real human brain specimens, use microscopes and research-grade lab equipment, practice radiology, and evaluate cognitive functions such as memory, perception, and attention using clinical tools.

The camp is led by Dr. Jacopo Annese, a researcher and former UCSD professor with over 30 years of experience in neuroscience research.

The program runs from Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm.
